Hannah House Maternity Home is a ministry of Promiseland Ministries, Inc., and offers a place for new beginnings for teens and young women in unplanned pregnancy situations. Hannah House is a place for hope and love to come together as each girl seeks God's plan for her life and the wisdom to make good choices for herself and her unborn child. Hannah House welcomes young women ages 13-29 years old who have no other children living with them.

Maryhannah House Aftercare Program offers young women age 18 and over who have placed for adoption a place to stay for up to a year while they work full time and/or attend college classes. The goal of this program is to provide a structured transitional environment with a minimum of financial obligations in which young women can get back on their feet and make solid plans for their future while learning to trust in God.
Services Offered at Hannah House
Medical Care: Medical care is provided by Dr. Steven Farzam in Cleburne, Texas, with delivery scheduled at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne. A licensed registered nurse teaches childbirth classes.
Counseling: Personal and group counseling is offered with two licensed professional counselors who give sound Biblical guidance.
Spiritual Guidance: Each young woman will attend weekly church services and weekly Bible studies in the home. Biblical counseling is also available in addition to our regular counseling to show each girl how to find God's answers and guidance in His Word.
Life Skills: Life skills are offered each week in which residents learn skills such as decision-making, budgeting and finances, basic parenting, communication and organization.
Parenting Classes: As residents near the end of their pregnancy, classes focus more specifically on the financial, emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of parenting.
Adoption Referral Services: For those considering placing their child for adoption; counseling and open adoption services are offered through referral to a Christian adoption agency. In August, 2008, Promiseland Ministries opened its own adoption agency, The Chosen Child Adoption Services, to help our residents through the adoption process.
Services Offered at Maryhannah House
Maryhannah House is an aftercare home for women 18 and older who have placed for adoption that provides additional support for young women once they leave our maternity program. The aftercare program provides housing, spiritual mentorship, educational opportunities at a local college, counseling, financial advising and accountability, employment assistance and temporary transportation to each woman for an extended period of six months to one year.
